• Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads (Instant Forms): when you submit an enquiry form through one of our ads.
• Facebook Messenger: when you message our Page directly.
• Our website: if you contact us directly through genesishomes.me.

These platforms are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), which operates Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a lead form or message us, Meta also processes certain data as part of operating its advertising and messaging tools, in accordance with Meta's own Data Policy and Business Tools Terms. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be processed by:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — as the provider of the Facebook/Instagram advertising and Messenger tools through which enquiries are submitted
• Google LLC — as the provider of the Google Sheets and email infrastructure we use to store and manage enquiries
